Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. The Opportunity

The Sr Analyst - Digital Product is responsible for new products and/or solutions to ensure the competitiveness of existing products.

The Work Itself

  • Create, Prioritize and Maintain designated product backlog
  • Write user stories that define the functionality and requirements
  • Participate in sprint planning and reviews
  • Make day to day tactical decisions regarding product features, priorities and trade-offs to advance the development team.
  • Maintain product documentation.
  • This individual will work closely and cross functionally with other groups and teams such as UX, Development, IT and marketing to deliver results aligned to business goals.
  • Communicate product progress, updates and changes to stakeholders
  • Understand and measure product performance.
  • Understand the Voice of the Customer and champion the customer experience.
  • Other PO related activities as required

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required with a concentration in business, marketing, information systems preferred.
  • Three to five years of professional digital product management & marketing experience, with a focus on digital merchandising and conversion optimization (A/B & multi-variate testing)
  • Preferred experience or knowledge of digital sales for Investing, Retirement, and Wealth Management products.
  • Requirement definition as a Product Owner, JIRA experience a plus
  • Experience working in and agile / scrum environment
  • Working collaboratively with Business, UX, and Engineering
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, LogRocket, PowerBI, LaunchDarkly
  • Understanding of SEO and ability to leverage AI search to maximize lead generation
  • Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to interact and influence multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to operate somewhat independently and prioritize work based on cost/benefit analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Critical thinker that can deploy analytical skills to review performance metrics and conversion, and generate action items to improve performance in alignment to KPIs
  • Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience and using VOC and performance metrics on conversion to measure success
  • Able to grasp technical concepts and convey them in a simple, friendly manner
  • Strong PC skills required: Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency is a must

Base Pay Range : $85000 - $150000 USD

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
