Job Overview:
The DDI Network Engineer is an onsite role based in Plano, Texas, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining load balancing and DNS/DHCP/IPAM (DDI) solutions. This position ensures optimal performance, security, and scalability of network systems. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and provide technical guidance. Candidates should have 7 to 10 years of experience in network engineering.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, design, implement, and maintain the network's F5 Load Balancer infrastructure.
  • Configure and troubleshoot F5 load balancers to meet network and application requirements.
  • Provide architecture and engineering expertise for new implementations, cloud environments, integrations, and project designs.
  • Manage the enterprise Load Balancing strategy and ensure security compliance.
  • Create highly available and complex network solutions in both data centers and cloud environments.
  • Monitor performance and resolve issues related to load balancers.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on load balancers.
  • Configure and manage Infoblox DDI solutions for efficient DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.
  • Implement and maintain network security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, security engineers, and application developers.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and work with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of domain experience in network engineering.
  • Equivalent load balancer certification (e.g., CCNP or CCIE) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of physical and virtual load balancers, including F5 and NetScaler.
  • Experience with Infoblox DDI solutions and network monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of network security best practices and firewall management (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing technologies.

Pay Range: $50 - $55
