Job Details

Role Overview:

  • The Technology Architect Solutions & Platforms will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions that enable AI-driven and digital transformation across Evernorth. This role requires deep expertise in cloud architecture, enterprise systems design, and modern development practices, with a focus on enabling innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture:

  • Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business and digital transformation goals.
  • Translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable architectures.

Cloud & Platform Engineering:

  • Architect cloud-native solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Define infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines to support agile delivery.

Enterprise Systems Design:

  • Lead hands-on design and development of enterprise-grade systems and platforms.
  • Ensure systems are resilient, secure, and optimized for performance and cost.

Microservices & DevOps:

  • Implement microservices-based architectures and containerization strategies.
  • Promote DevOps practices including automation, monitoring, and continuous integration.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in solution and cloud architecture, including multi-tier and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on expertise in designing enterprise-grade systems with high availability and scalability.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and DevOps practices (CI/CD, container orchestration, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with healthcare application ecosystems, including interoperability and compliance standards.
  • Understanding of AI/ML model infrastructure, including deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert).
