Job Details
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to analyze and optimize the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify needs, define requirements, and deliver solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple ServiceNow modules and a strong understanding of platform integration and configuration.

responsibilities:
- Analyze ServiceNow application capabilities and business needs to solve problems and deliver measurable business value
- Collaborate with business and process owners to gather and define requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Specialize in at least two of the following ServiceNow modules:
- Service Portfolio Management
- Enterprise Architecture (EA)
- Continuous Improvement Management (CIM)
- Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Request Management (including Employee Center, NowMobile, Agent Mobile App)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), HAM Pro, and SAM
- Evaluate business requirements against technical debt and architectural standards to recommend appropriate configurations or customizations
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, including mock-ups and documentation
- Prepare business value analyses to support decisions on system implementations, modifications, or retirements
- Coordinate system integration and ensure compatibility across platforms to enable seamless information sharing
qualifications:
Skills & Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with design principles and modeling techniques
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of at least two ServiceNow modules listed above
- Experience contributing to long-term strategy and roadmap development for ServiceNow modules

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
