We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in healthcare claims processing and modern Java-based technologies. The ideal candidate will bring technical leadership, a deep understanding of software development best practices, and a passion for delivering robust, scalable solutions in a fast-paced, DevOps-enabled environment. Responsibilities include:
Analyze and translate healthcare claims processing requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Angular, Hibernate, and related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable solutions.
Automate and optimize operational processes using shell scripts or Python.
Participate in production shakeouts using Jenkins pipelines and manage job scheduling through Control-M.
Support and troubleshoot applications running on Linux servers.
Contribute to DevOps initiatives and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on development experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Angular, Hibernate, JSP, JDBC, and other Java-based technologies.
Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing workflows.
Proficiency in modern development tools and frameworks such as Struts, Spring Boot, JMX, JMS, Log4J, AJAX, JSF.
Experience with Java open-source technologies and tools: Ant, XML parsers, SOA-based architectures, jUnit, HTTPUnit.
Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
Linux server administration and support experience.
Scripting skills in Shell or Python for automation tasks.
Familiarity with CI/CD and containerization tools: Jenkins, Ansible, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
Control-M job automation experience is a plus.
AWS certification or hands-on cloud experience preferred.
