Job Description

We re looking for a Conversational AI Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can strategically design user interactions and conversational flows across digital channels, with a strong focus on Copilot Agents and enterprise-grade AI experiences.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be fluent in conversation design principles, including intent modeling, dialogue management, and user journey mapping.
  • Have a solid understanding of Copilot Agent architecture, orchestration, and integration patterns.
  • Be comfortable collaborating with engineering and product teams to bring conversational experiences to life.
  • Possess a mix of creative thinking and technical acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into intuitive, scalable AI solutions.
