Identity Management Engineer
We are seeking Identity Management Engineers to join an on-site team delivering mission-driven government support. Responsibilities:
- Operate and enhance identity services supporting joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle and access governance
- Implement and administer multi-factor authentication (MFA) and smart card-based access
- Manage hybrid identity flows between on-prem and cloud directories, including group-based access
- Monitor health, availability, and performance of identity services; participate in incident response and change control
- Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and compliance artifacts
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to meet mission SLAs
Must Have's:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (MPO). Must meet eligibility requirements for access to U.S. government systems and facilities
- MFA: Configuration, policy management, enrollment, and troubleshooting for multi-factor authentication
- Hybrid Identity: Design and operations for on-prem to cloud identity (e.g., directory sync, seamless access)
- Azure Groups: Governance, role/attribute-based access using Azure AD/Entra groups at scale
- Entra ID (Distributed Architecture): Experience with architecture combining monitoring, automated rerouting, failover, and recovery for enterprise-wide availability and performance
- Smart Card Incorporation: Integration and administration of smart card authentication, including lifecycle and user support
Nice to Have's:
- Experience supporting federal environments and audit/readiness activities
- Strong written/verbal communication for stakeholder updates and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of distributed architecture combining monitoring, automated rerouting, failover, and recovery
