Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 or more years in network administration or network support roles.
- Experience in Microsoft server environments (2012+), including Active Directory.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience in managing virtualization using VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience with Cisco hardware including routers, switches, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Experience in supporting Meraki wireless infrastructure and VoIP systems.
- Strong communication skills for technical documentation and user support.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers within a domain environment.
- Work with the team in configuring and supporting TCP/IP services (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SMTP).
- Collaborate in managing access controls, GPOs, and file/print services.
- Working with imaging/document management systems and automation platforms.
- Configure and troubleshooting LAN/WAN and wireless networks.
- Perform performance monitoring using tools like PRTG or ManageEngine.
- Provide regular reporting, audit documentation, and contribute to security compliance.
