Salesforce Solutions Architect

Compensation
Pay Range:$73.50-$105.00/Hrs

Description
* Design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions for the automotive finance sector.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
* Lead the implementation of complex Salesforce projects.
* Ensure high-quality delivery within timelines and architectural standards.
* Create documentation such as process flows and data models.
* Develop prototypes and proofs of concept for requirement definition.
* Provide guidance on user story writing and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements.
* Support the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions.
* Design solutions that address data volumes and privacy needs.
* Recommend and articulate trade-offs for solutions.
* Drive discussions and resolve roadblocks for technology solutions.
* Review and improve technical solution designs.
* Guide development teams on data modeling and automation.

Qualifications:
* 5 years' experience with Salesforce platform.
* 3 years' experience in a leading role with Salesforce projects.
* Experience in industry-specific Clouds preferred.
* Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform App Builder.
* Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in relevant fields.
* Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
