Role: SAP Signavio Architect (Process Transformation & Process Mining Expert)

Location: Austin, TX (onsite)

Duration: Full Time

Role Overview

The SAP Signavio Architect leads enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives leveraging the SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite. This role combines process architecture, process mining, and optimization expertise to enable data-driven decisions and accelerate digital transformation programs, especially in SAP S/4HANA migrations.

Key Responsibilities

Process Architecture & Transformation:

  • Define and maintain enterprise process architecture aligned with SAP best practices.
  • Design As-Is and To-Be process landscapes for ERP modernization.
  • Establish governance frameworks and modeling standards (BPMN 2.0).

SAP Signavio Suite Implementation:

  • Deploy and configure SAP Signavio modules: Process Manager, Process Insights, Process Intelligence, Collaboration Hub, and Journey Modeler.
  • Maintain centralized process repositories and ensure variant management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15+ years of total experience in working through consulting programs/ implementation and transformation programs in process domain areas like Customer Experience, Quote to Cash & CPQ transformation, Financial & procurement transformations, Supply chain, planning, logistics, warehouse management transformations etc.
  • Deep Implementation and leadership experience with popular ERP/ CRM / SaaS Cloud product such as SAP/ Oracle / Infor / Microsoft dynamics/ Manhattan Associates, JDA Manugistics etc.

Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio tools and process mining platforms with a minimum of 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and transformation lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and process hierarchy design.
