Data analytic skills to analyze transactional data and ensuring consistency between SAP & Microsoft Dynamics

  • Monitoring and resolving issues related to SAP service orders and notifications
  • Analyzing data tie-off between SAP & Microsoft Dynamics
  • Establishing best practices for data consistency and reducing errors
  • Processing SAP customer master requests requiring changes to Plant, Sales Org, Functional Location, etc.
  • Update and maintain data accuracy within SAP business systems
  • Navigate SAP installed base records
  • Create and maintain SAP equipment records
  • Interact closely with internal customers, understanding their issues, and guiding them within the boundaries of the business process
  • Monitor and respond to user transactional issues promptly
  • Participating in training programs to understand new project dependencies
  • Reviewing and updating service process documentation & training
  • Effectively find and export SAP data and combine data from multiple sources
  • Ability to analyze data to generate actionable insights and presents the findings to the business users for informed decision making
Skills:
  • SAP service experience (FSM, CS, PM or SD)
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience (FSM)
  • Familiarity with SAP install base, equipment records, and service orders
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
