Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Dialpad Administrator with hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining phone systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing phone trees, IVR menus, call routing, voicemail settings, business hours, and ensuring smooth communication across all departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage phone trees in Dialpad
  • Set up call routing, IVR menus, business hours, and voicemail settings
  • Maintain seamless call flows across departments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Dialpad or VoIP issues
  • Collaborate with teams to improve communication processes

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Dialpad or similar VoIP/UCaaS platforms
  • Knowledge of IVR, call routing, and telephony configuration
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple departments
