Job Role: Senior Business Analyst 

Location:Remote

Experience:10 Years

Skills:

10+ years as a Business Analyst, with experience leading initiatives. Strong background in automation and API-driven solutions.
Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in life and annuity.
Ability to write complex, testable requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with BPM tools; Appian knowledge
Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
Experience with Appian or other BPM platforms (Appian, Pega, UiPath, Automation Anywhere). Knowledge of API documentation tools (Swagger/Open API) and testing tools (Postman). Certifications: IIBA (CBAP/CCBA), Scrum (CSM/PSM), Appian Level 2+.
Deliverables: Business Requirements Document (BRD) / Functional Requirements Document (FRD) User Story Backlog with Acceptance Criteria Business Rules Catalog and Process Maps API Specification Pack Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) UAT Plan and Validation Assets Success Metrics: - Timely delivery of signed BRD/FRD - UAT pass rate and defect escape rate - Requirement rework and change request churn - Stakeholder satisfaction and delivery predictability
