Agency Management System Administrator (AMS)

Our client is looking to add an Agency Management System Administrator (AMS) to their IT team. You will be the primary liaison between our servicing teams and our internal systems team. This position has the opportunity to be in-person, hybrid, or full-time remote for candidates within the state of Iowa.

What you will do:

• Act as the primary Applied Epic expert, supporting servicing and account management teams with system knowledge and best practices
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders in Property & Casualty, Benefits, Wealth Management, and Accounting to evaluate workflows, uncover challenges, and propose effective solutions
• Drive system configuration updates, enhancement initiatives, and user experience improvements within Applied Epic
• Collaborate with internal teams and IT to streamline processes and implement operational efficiencies
• Lead efforts in training, documentation, and change management to support adoption of new features and workflows
• Align system enhancements with organizational objectives to ensure consistent and scalable operations

What you will need to be successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Proficient in Applied Epic or similar agency management systems
• Background in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to systems support
• Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Capable of working both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment
