Job Description:
As a Financial/Technical Analyst for the IDEAS Suite (IDEAS, TRIAD, JADE), you will support financial business processes by responding to customer requests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering effective solutions.
Work Location
Houston, TX (onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to meet commitments and deliver quality solutions in a timely manner
Communicate regularly with the Product Owner and Scrum Master regarding customer interactions and task status.
Execute work deliverables such day-to-day customer support requests (i.e., master data, configuration, and other activities).
Maintain and support system interfaces with other applications
Maintain system documentation, including work instructions, S&C, design, and testing documents in line with knowledge management standards
Interact with other IT teams (e.g. DBAM, Server Ops, SD&G, etc.)
Work with various functional teams in EMIT to perform IT testing, support integrated testing and User Acceptance Testing
Engage with modern technologies (e.g., Azure, GitHub, Cloud APIs, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT Systems support
Strong interpersonal, communication, and self-management skills
Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, SSIS, SSRS)
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Test Case Center.
Understanding of financial business processes: (e.g., Financial Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Intercompany, etc.)
Top requirements:
o 1): Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, SSIS, SSRS)
o 2): Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Test Case Center.
o 3): Understanding of financial business processes: (e.g., Financial Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Intercompany, etc.)
