This individual would collaborate closely with program managers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand strategic initiatives and operational designs-then produces diagrams, frameworks, and visual narratives that support comprehension, alignment, and adoption.
This role is ideal for someone who can think like a business analyst but communicate like a designer. We are looking for someone who could work 20 hours each week during business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze current and proposed business processes, organizational models, and operating principles in partnership with functional leads and analysts.
- Design clear, educational visuals-including process flows, operating models, capability maps, adoption diagrams, and system interactions.
- Develop visual artifacts for use in presentations, executive briefings, training materials, and internal communications.
- Support change management efforts by crafting visuals that clarify the "why," "what," and "how" of new systems, behaviors, or processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder understanding by translating abstract or technical ideas into concrete, consumable visuals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, program managers, communications leads, and IT architects to ensure coherence and accuracy.
- Incorporate feedback from leaders and teams to refine messaging and visual clarity.
Required:
- Demonstrated ability to visually represent business concepts and processes using tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, Figma, PowerPoint, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of business operations, systems thinking, and organizational dynamics.
- Proven experience translating complex ideas into easy-to-understand visual formats.
- Ability to balance structured logic with visual creativity.
- Familiarity with change management, strategic communications, or business transformation.
- Strong communication and listening skills-you understand before you visualize.
Preferred:
- Background in business analysis, service design, or process improvement.
- Experience supporting IT governance or operational planning.
- Exposure to enterprise frameworks like value stream mapping, RACI models, or service taxonomies.
- Graphic design proficiency or formal training.
