Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Wiring Harness Technician to support the assembly and installation of low-voltage electrical systems in a fast-paced, technical environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics to build and troubleshoot wire harnesses.
Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

Low-voltage wiring and harness assembly: Including cutting, crimping, soldering, terminating, and routing wires (e.g., Cat 6, 22 gauge).

Tool proficiency: Use of crimpers, wire strippers, multimeters, and soldering tools (both SMT and through-hole).

Schematic and blueprint literacy: Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Certification such as J-STD-001 or equivalent.

Experience with access control systems, cameras, or network installations (RJ45, keystones, etc.).

Familiarity with Linux or Mac terminal environments.

Experience with QA tools such as TestRails or other manual testing systems.

Background in aerospace, avionics, or electronics manufacturing.
Qualifications:

1–3 years of hands-on experience with wiring and harness assembly.

Ability to read and follow basic wiring diagrams and schematics.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs with assistance).

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must pass a full drug panel screening (safety-sensitive role).
- Should have experience running wire, cutting wire, and setting up wiring for low voltage.
