Job Description

This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum 10-12 days a month

Responsibilities:
  • Own, manage and monitor Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Ensure the health, performance, and resiliency of the virtual environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues related to Citrix infrastructure, escalating when necessary
  • Implement updates and patches to maintain system security and compliance with organizational standards
  • Proactively identify and resolve systemic issues.
  • Maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
  • Communicate changes to operations and support teams.
  • Prioritize Keeping the Lights On (KTLO), executing projects, and individual tasks.
  • Collaborate on project deliverables with team leads
  • Act as a technical resource for operations, audits, and peers.
  • Deliver and maintain systems and documentation.
  • Mentor and train support teams on technical tasks.

Skills:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtualization. (i.e. Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Cloud.)
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions.

Education
Bachelor's: Computer and Information Science, Bachelor's: Information Technology, High School (HS) (Required)
