We are currently seeking a Senior Data Engineer (10+ Years of Experience) for a long-term project in Dallas, TX. Please review the details below:
Job Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Long Term Contract W2 Only Interview Mode: In-Person
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement data pipelines and ETL frameworks on AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Lambda, etc.)
- Lead the design of data models, data lakes, and data warehouses for large-scale analytics
- Build and optimize ETL workflows using Python and SQL
- Ensure high performance of data pipelines, including query optimization and data partitioning
- Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, BI Engineers, Product Owners) to deliver business-critical solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on projects
- Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and ensure system scalability and reliability
- Automate workflows and drive improvements in data engineering best practices
