Job Description

This role is positioned at the intersection of business intelligence, process automation, and collaboration platforms.
The developer will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, streamlining business processes, and enhancing team productivity through integrated Microsoft solutions.
The role supports strategic decision-making and operational efficiency by enabling data-driven automation and reporting across departments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for reporting and automation needs.
Design and develop Power BI dashboards that provide real-time insights and support business decisions.
Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Develop and customize SharePoint sites and applications to support document management and team collaboration.
Integrate data from JIRA, ALM, and other sources into Power BI using automated pipelines.
Participate in the full testing lifecycle, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing solutions, ensuring performance and reliability.
Document development processes and provide training to end-users for self-service analytics and automation tools.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across platforms.
