We are seeking an experienced Power BI Consultant with a strong background in data analytics, report development, and dashboard visualization. The ideal candidate will be skilled in SQL and proficient in using Microsoft Power Platform tools. The consultant will collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights through data visualization and automation.

  • Develop, publish, and maintain insightful and interactive Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements.

  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries, including stored procedures, joins, and performance tuning to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.

  • Work with relational databases, ensuring secure and efficient data connectivity to Power BI and other BI tools.

  • Utilize Microsoft Power Platform specifically Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance report interactivity, automate workflows, and support end-to-end business solutions.

  • Follow BI best practices and utilize modern tools for data modeling, governance, and version control.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and reliability in reporting.

  • Proven experience in Power BI report and dashboard development.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL), with experience in performance tuning and writing complex stored procedures.

  • Hands-on experience connecting Power BI to relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform tools, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Ability to adhere to BI development best practices and leverage tools for efficient report lifecycle management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.

  • Experience in the healthcare domain or with public sector clients.

  • Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or relevant certifications.
