Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled principal, Salesforce Sales Technology to lead our sales organization's technology efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud, excellent financial analysis skills, and a deep understanding of sales enablement, lead, deal, and opportunity management, as well as customer success strategies. As a key member of our Salesforce Sales team, this role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
This position will provide a Hybrid work schedule from our Dallas Texas office.

The salary range for this role is $155,000 - $190,000, plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Service Technology Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies that align with business objectives, including IA using Einstein, low-code development, and automation of manual processes across both Sales and Service functions.
- Sales Enablement & CRM Optimization: Lead initiatives to enhance sales enablement through effective use of Salesforce Sales Cloud, focusing on lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, and deal progression.
- Customer Success Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success strategies that drive long-term relationships and revenue growth.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales and service functions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on business objectives and develop integrated strategies.
- Business Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer and sales team experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce technology roles, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven track record of success in driving and improving operational efficiency and sales performance.
- Deep understanding of sales enablement, lead and opportunity management, and CRM best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce architecture and design, particularly in Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Administrator are a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with service and sales analytics tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of CRM software integrations and process automation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting software.
