About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled [Content Engineer / Content Designer / Web Developer] to help create, manage, and deliver high-quality digital content and web solutions. The role combines technical skills with a user-centered approach to design and build engaging, functional, and accessible digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
For Content Engineer:
- Develop structured content models and manage content workflows.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to integrate content into websites and applications.
- Ensure content is scalable, reusable, and consistent across platforms.
- Use CMS tools, APIs, and automation for content delivery.
- Optimize content for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
For Content Designer:
- Research, create, and test content that aligns with user needs and business goals.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to craft clear, concise, and accessible copy.
- Establish content standards, style guides, and documentation.
- Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to refine content strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure content quality.
For Web Developer:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
- Integrate APIs, CMS platforms, and backend services.
- Optimize website performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices.
Qualifications:
For Content Engineer / Designer:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Design, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with CMS platforms (Contentful, WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and structured content models.
- Understanding of UX, accessibility, and SEO principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
For Web Developer:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with version control (Git), responsive design, and cross-browser testing.
- Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and API integration.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Knowledge of analytics and optimization tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Experience in creating content or applications for multiple platforms (web, mobile, email).
