# Junior Project Manager
Job Summary:
As part of an international Project Management Organization (PMO), you will be involved in leading a variety of technical and operational projects such as the launch of new products, facility upgrades, and internal transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define detailed project scope and objectives with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines.
- Oversee full-cycle execution of projects, ensuring alignment with budget and defined goals.
- Coordinate status updates, risk forecasts, and progress reports for project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve issues promptly.
- Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate leadership level in a timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver regular project performance presentations.
- Report to PMO leadership on project status, strategy alignment, and resource needs.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Thrive in environments that require adaptability, critical thinking, and resilience.
- Participate in the preparation of commercial documentation such as RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Translate proposals into actionable plans with a clear focus on service and implementation.
- Manage resources, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.
- Facilitate smooth handovers from planning to execution, including customer follow-up.
- Lead project teams through clear goal setting, communication, and team motivation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong technical foundation and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies; PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of navigating ambiguity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially project scheduling software.
- Professional English fluency (spoken and written) is required.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10 20%, with possible peaks).
Education & Experience:
- Master s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- 0 2 years of relevant project management experience; exposure to technical or manufacturing industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive) is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
- Comfortable interpreting technical documentation and producing reports.
- Capable of physical activity such as standing, light lifting, and regular movement.
- Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic, structured, or partially structured settings.
