About the Role:
The Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes Division is seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk / Data Entry Specialist to support case management and administrative functions. This role involves handling referrals, complaints, and financial documents with accuracy and confidentiality while assisting office supervisors in streamlining case assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and process referrals, complaints, and reports.

  • Establish and maintain case files in compliance with agency standards.

  • Process financial review documents with attention to accuracy.

  • Maintain confidential and accurate records using agency systems.

  • Coordinate with supervisors for case assignments.

  • Utilize DBPR s case management systems and standard office software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of professional administrative office experience.

  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Experience with referrals/complaints review and financial document processing.

  • Experience with case management systems (6+ months).

  • Familiarity with Versa Regulation software (highly desired).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in an office environment.
