Job Details
Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Duration: Full Time Role
Location: -Dallas, TX (ONSITE)
What Client is looking for?
Required Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience
- Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education..
- Experience with Oracle fusion cloud HCM - required to have production support experience in Fusion cloud projects
- Must havehands on techno-functional experience in the following modules: Compensation, Benefits, and OTL
- Must haveexperience across Extracts, Fast Formula, and Integrations
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
- Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them
- Developing an understanding of a client s current state process and developing future state recommendations
- Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
Experience leading and conducting CRP, SIT and UAT sessions as well as developing and delivering end-user documentation/training materials
