Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of Business Systems Analysis
- Experience writing user stories and requirements in JIRA
- Manual QA experience (test case creation, validation, defect management)
- Strong communication skills - verbal & written
- Proven success in Agile environments
- Ability to hit the ground running in structured, fast-paced settings
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience
- Familiarity with data lakes and dashboard-style portals
- Experience working with offshore development teams
- Degree in Information Technology or similar technical field
