Role: Project Manager
Location: Hybrid, Richmond VA

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple high-risk IT projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Lead planning, scheduling, tracking, and documentation of large-scale projects (> $10M).
- Provide program assurance and advisory tasks for the Strategic Portfolio.
- Support development of PM COE mission charter, risk management framework, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Develop high-risk project training materials and conduct mentoring sessions.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks while implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, state and local government agencies, and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment with objectives.
