Job Title: Release Manager with ETL Testing Location: Remote Duration: Long-term


Job Summary
We are seeking a QA / Release Manager IV to lead efforts in developing and implementing robust QA processes, release management strategies, and continuous delivery practices. This role will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective testing methodologies, monitoring, and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, document, and implement QA processes and procedures to improve product quality.
Create, implement, and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test methodologies for assigned systems.
Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure compliance with software/system specifications.
Maintain accuracy and reliability of software applications, releases, and documentation.
Perform ETL testing and document results in alignment with test plans.
Identify, analyze, and track defects/test results, determining root causes of failures.
Anticipate potential software issues by creating exhaustive test scenarios.
Identify areas for test improvement using metrics and past experience.
Communicate critical issues, risks, and status updates in a timely manner.
Provide coaching, guidance, and training on QA processes to peers and team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native operations, and release management.
