Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver SAP projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business users.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure quality assurance, change management, and documentation standards are followed.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and executive management.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status reports to senior management.
- Ensure SAP solutions are implemented according to business requirements, best practices, and compliance standards.
- Support post-implementation activities, including stabilization, user training, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 10 years) managing SAP projects, preferably across multiple SAP modules (S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Fiori, BW/BI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies (SAP Activate, ASAP, or equivalent).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based SAP projects (SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and business process integration across SAP modules.
- Change management and training experience in SAP environments.
