Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior
Technical Lead in Data Conversion to spearhead large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud
implementations. This individual will bring 12+ years of progressive experience in
Oracle Fusion applications, with a strong focus on leading complex data conversion
strategies, technical architecture, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate
will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership in enterprise-wide data
migration efforts with cloud-native tools and modern integration technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and architect the end-to-end data conversion lifecycle for Oracle Fusion
Cloud applications across ERP, Procurement, Risk Management, and
Performance Management modules.
Develop enterprise-wide data migration strategies, conversion roadmaps, and
execution plans aligned with project goals.
Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, data analysts, and ETL
engineers.
Design and review data mapping documents, transformation rules, validation
logic, and reconciliation frameworks.
Oversee multiple mock data conversions and cutover planning activities.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with government and industry
standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, program managers, and Oracle
consultants to align data strategy with system design.
Lead resolution of complex data issues, performance bottlenecks, and exception
handling scenarios.
Mentor junior team members and drive technical excellence in data practices.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
12+ years of experience in data conversion, migration, and transformation
within Oracle Fusion environments.
Strong background in Oracle Fusion ERP, Procurement, Risk Management,
Document Recognition, and EPM Cloud Services.
Deep expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Integration
Cloud (OIC), and API-based data exchanges (REST/SOAP).
Experience with Fusion for USG Cloud Service and Enterprise Performance
Management for USG is a strong plus.
Proven experience leading technical teams and managing delivery timelines.
Solid understanding of cloud data models, cloud security, and data governance
principles.
Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
Ability to perform technical quality assurance, code reviews, and root cause
analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Systems, or related field.
Prior experience in federal or public sector Oracle Fusion implementations.
Certifications in Oracle Cloud or data integration technologies are a plus.
