Description: Our client is currently seeking a UX Designer II
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand the problem space, explore strategic opportunities, and solve complex problems.
- Drive the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring user-centered outcomes.
- Craft delightful design experiences, develop visual assets, and collaborate with engineering for implementation.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in visual design, information architecture, and UX.
- Proficiency in designing component libraries within Figma.
- Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in iterative environments.
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- [Optional] Understanding of Trust & Safety business needs and environment.
Desired:
- Experience with enterprise software design and development.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across platforms.
- Strong technical knowledge (front-end web applications).
- Motion design and prototyping skills.
