- Required Skills
- Cost Accounting: The candidate must have a strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices. They should be able to analyze and interpret financial data, prepare financial reports, and make recommendations based on their findings.
- Order Management: The candidate should have experience in managing orders, from receipt through delivery. This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Procurement: The candidate should have experience in procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services. They should also be familiar with supplier management and contract negotiation.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in Oracle Cloud SCM are preferred.
- Preferred Skills
- Oracle Cloud: Knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and platforms would be beneficial.
- Manufacturing: Experience in the manufacturing industry, including understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, would be an advantage.
- Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices would be beneficial.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, executing, and monitoring project progress, would be an advantage.
- Business Analysis: Ability to analyze business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Inventory Management: Experience in managing inventory, including tracking inventory levels and forecasting inventory needs.
- Logistics: Knowledge of logistics processes and systems would be beneficial.
- Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data and make recommendations based on findings.
- Customer Service: Experience in providing customer service, including resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are important.
