Overview
The Adobe Express team is seeking a creative, positive, and innovative product leader to help us bring creativity to the masses. You will be responsible for leading the development and growth of audience expansion based initiatives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate, define and implement product strategies, prioritize features, and drive product adoption and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with our customers, understand their needs, and solve them with innovative solutions.
  • Craft product strategy and roadmap, defining the goals/objectives, and key results in partnership with cross-functional leadership teams to include executives, design, product marketing, program management, and engineering.
  • Communicate product strategy across organizations - gain consensus, encourage collaboration and influence senior executives to acquire necessary resources - regularly engaging with partner teams to evangelize features.
  • Find opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends, and understand implications, breaking insights down into pragmatic actions.
  • Balance between short-term investments and future bets to deliver world class experiences.
  • Lead and mentor product managers, and coach them to achieve excellence in quality of PM artifacts (roadmaps, backlogs, PRDs), and data-driven decision making.
  • Be a leader with vision and evangelist in creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that engage both internal and external audiences

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Strong problem-solving skills - thinking strategically and creatively to identify and address challenges and opportunities
  • Proven product management leadership experience, including leading a team of product managers.
  • The inherently collaborative and leading personality that enables you to win the hearts and minds of your peers to implement a complex product roadmap.
  • Relevant experience and a passion for scaling products used by millions of users.
  • Experience in identifying new product opportunities and developing a vision.
  • Ability to present complex ideas clearly and to rally people around a vision. Outstanding interpersonal skills with both local and remote teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $142,500 -- $285,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
