Job Details

Remote role supporting a Large Healthcare Facility in the New England area

Key points for this role:

  • Proficient in diagnosing and identifying resolution for Epic functional and workflow issues, then presenting issue and recommended solution to the vendor for implementation.
  • Providing support to end-users through telephone triage and ticket management.
  • Capable of conducting preliminary triage and basic troubleshooting beyond their certified area of expertise.
  • Working closely with ITS team members to ensure thorough vetting and approval of changes related to projects, issues, and EHR adjustments before submission.
  • Availability for on-call duties.
  • Commitment to cross-training to provide support for additional software and/or Epic modules.

Required:

  • Epic ClinDoc Certification
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in the Business Sciences, Health Sciences (Nursing, Medicine, etc.) or in Information Systems. Candidates who do not meet this requirement may be considered if they have achieved applicable certifications and requisite work experience.
  • 4-8 years experience with EHR or software implementations, specifically Epic acute clinical modules ClinDoc
  • Strong project management and facilitation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Additional Epic Certifications in any of the following areas: Radiant, Optime, Anesthesia, Stork
