Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Auto Finance or Financial Services to support business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate business needs into functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

Work with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

Support auto finance systems including loan origination, servicing, collections, or dealer systems

Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement initiatives

Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and project managers

Support UAT, validate test cases, and ensure solutions meet business needs

Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong experience in Auto Finance or Financial Services domain

Knowledge of loan lifecycle, credit, underwriting, servicing, or collections

Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

Strong SQL, data analysis, and reporting skills (preferred)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

Experience working with auto lending platforms

Agile/Scrum experience

Prior experience in large enterprise environments
