Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Asset/Hardware Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will support the management of IT assets and hardware within an enterprise environment, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with organizational standards. This position is based in Bonita Springs, Florida, and offers an opportunity to collaborate across various departments to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage IT assets, including hardware inventory and software license agreements, to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
Provide technical support for desktop and laptop systems, utilizing a wide range of tools and technologies.
Collaborate with management, technical teams, and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Complete assigned tasks promptly and with precision, requiring minimal supervision.
Work closely with team members to balance operational tasks, project work, and user requests.
Coordinate and oversee IT-related projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion.
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, as well as Office 365 and other Microsoft products.
Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to manage and resolve technical issues.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members through clear oral and written communication.
Partner with different departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer support, to address IT-related needs.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in IT asset management within an enterprise setting.
Proficiency in desktop and laptop support tools and technologies.
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, SharePoint, and Adobe products.
Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM or similar ticketing systems.
Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with minimal guidance.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience coordinating projects and collaborating across departments.
