Job Description
About the Role
ServiceNow administrator/developer would provide overall support, maintenance and development of ServiceNow instances at Tarsus. This person would engage with business stakeholders to share ServiceNow capabilities, gather the end user s requirements, and then provision the relevant capabilities within ServiceNow platform, providing automation, efficiency and collaboration.
key responsibilities/requirements for the role:

Educational requirements:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, or a related field
10+ years experience in the IT industry, with expertise in ServiceNow administration, development and IT operations in general
ServiceNow certification is desired
Experience with cloud systems (AWS, Azure) and networking technologies
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript, and Glide.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Strong network and server background, with IT monitoring experience (PRTG, Logic monitor etc.)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
