Job Details
Primary Tasks:
- Analysis and design of the processes, technical implementation in the system in areas of the SAP (S/4) HR / HCM, Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Time Management (PT), Personnel Administration (PY).
- Experience mapping existing SAP ECC processes to SAP S/4 system
- Prepare the documentation for process mapping, design configuration, build, system testing and UAT testing
- Perform system build necessary for S/4 implementation of HR module
- Functional/technical work required for implementing replication process from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 (connecting to SuccessFactors)
- Advanced configuration skills for SAP HR/ Payroll.
- Overall, meets account deliverables (service level agreements, enhancement requests)
- Leading a specialist team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) to undertake and deliver change to the SAP HR and SuccessFactors platform.
- Techno-functional skills to help with both functional and technical aspects of the Integrations.
- Enable effective communication between the implementation team and the stakeholders/customer.
- Troubleshooting complex SAP integration issues
- Keep the customer satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to customers.
- Experience with SuccessFactors and Concur.
- Familiarity and exposure to SAP Finance module.
Work Experience / Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum of 2 implementations involving HCM work with S/4
- Hands on functional configuration experience on all HCM processes
- SAP ABAP experience is highly desired
- 3 - 5 years experienced in IT/ ERP and/or Payroll/HR Industry
- SAP Certified SAP HR/ Payroll Consultant At least 2 full life cycle implementations.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English
- Have HR reporting and analytics experience.
- At least five years of experience like SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant
- Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Project implementations.
