Role responsibilities

• Work with customer engagement team to identify and assign project resources
• Assist in definition of project success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality
• Manage engagement set up, planning, and milestone tracking for hyper automation (robotic process automation, machine learning, process mining, etc.) services including training, consulting, product set up, and delivery (development, testing, etc.)
• Create and maintain project and resource plan and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Manage status reporting throughout project lifecycle including early and provide early and transparent views of project issues to drive mitigation decisions
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost
• Ensure internal goals are met including quality, performance, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate feedback and insight from customer engagements to improve product and service delivery

Skills required:

• 10+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing, partner facing, customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization along with 3+ years in Project management.
• Previous experience with working with UiPath or other RPA products is a plus
• Experience managing multiple high-profile workstreams in parallel a plus
• Experience creating and reviewing professional services SOWs is a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
• Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Strong knowledge of Agile project management
• Project management certifications such as PMP is a plus
• Experience in infrastructure related technology is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plus
• Computer Science background is a plus
