Senior Business Analyst (Onsite - Long-Term Contract with Potential to Hire)
Location: Janesville, Wisconsin
Work Type: Onsite Only

We're partnering with a client in Janesville, WI seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term contract with potential for full-time hire. This is an onsite role with a close-knit, high-performing IT team that supports a large, multi-location organization.

Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including managing multiple concurrent projects.
Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt to project needs.
Strong skills in gathering requirements, creating user stories, and modeling business processes.
Hands-on experience with IT environments, including Security, Infrastructure, Networks, and Applications.
Familiarity with Unified Modeling Language (UML) and enterprise resource planning systems.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to work independently in a high-output, fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of delivering projects that align with organizational goals and drive value.

What You'll Be Doing
- End-to-end project ownership: Drive the entire lifecycle of projects from initiation to delivery.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Interface with multiple departments including Security, Infrastructure, ERP, and Application teams.
- Project variety: Lead 10-20 projects at a time, ranging from short-term (a few weeks) to long-term (12+ months).
- Blend of BA and PM skills: You'll apply core Business Analysis skills while owning some Project Management responsibilities.
- Implementation focus: Many of the projects involve bringing new applications or tools into their IT landscape.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with multiple concurrent project responsibilities.
- Strong ability to interface with technical and non-technical teams across the organization.
- Hands-on experience working with IT environments that include Security, IAM, ERP, networks, and more.
- Comfortable being a self-starter and working in a dynamic, high-output environment.
