Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement Pega-based business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, case management, and integration with enterprise systems. This role involves leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure Pega applications using PRPC, BPM, and case management capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, rule sets, and process flows.
  • Implement Pega workflows, rules, data models, and UI components to meet business needs.
  • Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, JMS, and database connectors.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and defect resolution to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide junior Pega developers in best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of Pega applications.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 8 years of experience in Pega development with strong exposure to PRPC and BPM.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega Case Management, Decision Rules, and Data Pages.
  • Proficiency in integration techniques (REST, SOAP, JMS, SQL).
  • Knowledge of Pega Guardrails, best practices, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with UI design, portals, and Pega CSS/HTML rules.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
