Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize Power Apps solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Build and manage custom connectors for integration with external systems
- Implement governance, security, and compliance standards across the Power Platform
- Manage multiple environments, monitor usage, and optimize applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training/support
- Apply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices for solution deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Present solutions and updates to directors and business stakeholders
Requirements
Technical Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Proficiency in building Canvas apps and optimizing performance
- Experience with data architecture and Dataverse, SQL Server, or SharePoint
- Knowledge of ALM practices, source control, and deployment pipelines
- Experience developing and managing custom connectors
- Strong understanding of governance, security, and DLP policies
- Familiarity with environment management and role-based access control
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Model-Driven apps
- Familiarity with SQL and API integration
- Knowledge of Power Platform CoE and governance best practices
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for development lifecycle management
- Strong UI/UX design principles
