We are currently seeking a Data Engineer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Job Description:
Data Engineer Responsibilities
Create and maintain test deliverables and artifacts (test plans, test cases, test results summary) to test complex applications and system integrations for Finance (Oracle EBS, Mulesoft and integrated SaaS) applications.
Database systems, Data Pipeline Orchestration, Programing languages (ex.: python, java), Cloud Platforms, Data Quality & Governance, Monitoring & Logging Tools, Data Modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), Database Management, Data Warehousing, Programming Skills, Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Continuous learning and adaptability
Cloud Platforms
Good Hands on experience on Informatica IICS, Snowflake, Airflow, Python scripting skills will be a plus
Defect Management and QA status reporting
Required skills in PL/SQL, Mulesoft/API based integration testing, QTC domain experience
Assist during UAT and Cutover
5+ years experience in Software development and/or quality engineering in packaged finance applications including Zuora revenue and Sabrix tax engine
Identify/set up test data, execute test cases, update test management tool and report
Defects, Perform regression testing to validate the resolution of any software or testing defects & Automation
Create defect reports for problems discovered during testing with steps, screenshots and datasheet record
Data engineer resource to work on building data pipelines between 3rd party systems and our Data360 platform (Snowflake)
