Job Title: Oracle Hyperion / Oracle EPM Principal Consultant
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Local candidates only)

Job Summary

We are seeking a senior-level Oracle EPM / Hyperion Consultant with deep hands-on expertise across Oracle EPM Cloud and on-prem Hyperion solutions. This role requires strong functional and technical leadership, direct client engagement, and proven experience delivering complex EPM implementations. The ideal candidate has extensive exposure to Oracle EDM/DRM, strong PL/SQL skills, and the ability to lead design and delivery with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support of Oracle EPM / Hyperion solutions

  • Design and architect EPM solutions including Planning, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and related modules

  • Provide expertise in Oracle EDM and Oracle DRM for master data management and governance

  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs

  • Develop and optimize PL/SQL code for integrations, data validation, and performance tuning

  • Design and support data integrations using FDMEE, Data Management, REST APIs, and flat files

  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable EPM solutions

  • Lead technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution

  • Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance

  • Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization

  • Participate in client workshops, design sessions, and executive-level discussions

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12–15 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion / Oracle EPM implementations

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud and/or on-prem Hyperion

  • Expertise in Oracle EDM and Oracle DRM

  • Advanced PL/SQL development and optimization experience

  • Strong understanding of financial processes including planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting

  • Experience with FDMEE, Data Management, integrations, and automation

  • Solid understanding of metadata management and dimensional modeling

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle EPM certifications

  • Experience with hybrid environments (Cloud + On-Prem)

  • Exposure to Essbase (BSO/ASO), Calculation Manager, and Groovy scripting

  • Financial services industry experience is a plus
