Job Description:
  • The Lead Java Developer will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications using Spring Boot and Kafka.
  • This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring high-quality code, optimizing performance, and guiding the team in best software development practices.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of projects using Spring Boot and Kafka.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and reliability.
  • Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in the Spring Boot framework for building enterprise Java applications.
  • Strong experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.
  • In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
Qualification And Education:
  • Relevant certifications in Spring Boot or Kafka are a plus.
