Job Description:
Apex Systems is partnering with a company in New Jersey that is looking to hire two Senior Agile Coaches that will help with an Agile Transformation. One Coach will sit in Morris County, NJ and the other will sit out of Fulton County, Georgia. These are both 6-12 month contracts and require 3-days a week onsite. Each Agile Coach will be working with up to 4 teams on SAFE Methodology. Agile Team-Level Coach
Role Overview
This role focuses on coaching teams, whether shared services or software development. This coaching type specializes in mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, Quality Assurance Testers, Automation Engineers, etc. as well as related Stakeholders to leverage Agile principles and practices. This Coach leverages their deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban and even XP practices to educate and guide the team to execute with agility.
MUST HAVES:
-Experience coaching 3+ teams simultaneously, though 2 is ideal.
-Need to know SAFE method
-Worked in a large IT Environment
-Experience with Agile tracking tool
