Description:
This position is 4-5 days on site in St. Louis, MO

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives that bring systems and tools into compliance with all Federal regulations. This role is critical to enabling growth in Federal and SLED (State, Local, and Education) sales. The Program Manager will oversee the enterprise IT and Information Security teams, ensuring successful execution of complex, cross-functional programs aligned with broader business goals.

Candidates must have experience with CMMC and CUI

Rate: $65-$75/ hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Delivery:
  • Manage and deliver all workstreams and deliverables for Enterprise IT and Information Security teams focused on Federal compliance remediation.

Strategic Alignment:
  • Ensure program objectives align with client strategic growth initiatives in the Federal and SLED markets.

Project & Program Management:
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, coordinating interdependencies and resources to achieve overarching program goals.

Governance & Risk Management:
  • Implement governance controls, monitor risk areas, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Roadmap & Reporting:
  • Define and communicate program roadmap, status updates, development challenges, and success metrics to stakeholders.

Budget & Resource Management:
  • Build and manage program budgets, optimize resource utilization, and seek continuous improvement in cost, performance, and schedule.

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Facilitate communication across teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

Environmental Awareness:
  • Stay informed on trends, business conditions, and internal practices that impact program execution and outcomes.

Experience Requirements:
  • Candidates must have experience with CMMC and CUI
  • 10-15 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or compliance-related fields.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs in regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of Federal compliance requirements and SLED market dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields

Master's Degree is preferred
