Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to support strategic initiatives within the payment processing domain.
- The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in credit and debit card systems, along with hands-on experience with major payment networks and platforms, including Visa, Plus, Star, and Moneypay. Familiarity with FIS and TSYS global payment products is essential.
- Determine potential solutions and propose them to partners
- Discover and overcome roadblocks using Data Quality Analysis on technical requirements to align to business goals.
- Provide SME mentorship to partners to ensure consistency with the standard process
- Serve as a representative of the Chief Data Office within line of business DQ Problem governance
- Support Business Manager and stakeholders to analyze scope and transform into requirements
- Produce regular updates to the stakeholders on the different data related to projects in progress
- Creates reports of Data Quality Problem Management Metrics to present to high Management for review/analysis
- Produce and in charge of many Monthly reports that serve as a baseline for other departments outside DQPM/CDO
- Work on data quality & data governance gathering, cleaning, organizing, and implementing
- Maintain data accuracy by cross-checking and cross-referencing with other data sources
- Create workflow diagrams of data and suggest process optimizations when needed
- Evaluate and document the data needs of various stakeholders
- Proactively monitor outstanding problems and their status to facilitate the introduction of corrective measures
- Actively engaged with Sales Business Leaders (internal stakeholders) and IT groups to prioritize technology strategy.
- Provide recommendations on operational changes for better systems performance.
- Act as an advocate for business requirements and required results.
- Ensure that problems in the environment are entered into the problem management ticketing system promptly with accurate information
- Promote business knowledge of IT processes and procedures to ensure the best possible outcome.
- Expert experience in all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing.
- Expert in testing and breaking complex systems and demonstrate troubleshooting skills.
- Should be able to create and execute test plans, test cases. Detect bugs and track them, troubleshoot with developers.
- Experience with Microsoft Test Professional/Azure DevOps, JIRA or any other test and defect management tool
- Banking and Financial domain knowledge is required.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development, QA, and software release processes.
- Ability to work with Project Team and Stakeholders by ensuring quality and comply with WAB Quality Assurance processes and procedures.
- Advanced understanding of Functional, Non-Functional, System Integration and Regression testing principles is required.
- Working closely with architecture and engineering group and driving QA strategy
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and solve problems.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work with others during time constraints to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer management skills
- Ability to communicate across all levels of management.
- Clearly articulate the ideas related to testing process and procedure to technical and non-technical audience.
