Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives with a strong focus on vendor management and project execution. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can seamlessly coordinate external partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and consultants
Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing to ensure optimal value and performance
Monitor vendor compliance, performance metrics, and conduct risk assessments
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor escalations and issue resolution
Project Management
Lead end-to-end IT projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives
Track progress, manage risks, and report on project status to Sr. leadership
Implement project management best practices and tools to improve efficiency
Strategic & Operational Leadership
Collaborate with business units to identify technology needs and opportunities
Align IT initiatives with organizational goals and compliance requirements
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for IT projects
Continuously evaluate and improve IT processes, systems, and vendor strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience in IT management, with a strong experience in vendor and project management
Proven success in managing complex IT projects and external partnerships
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
